We rushed our son to the Bronson LakeView Hospital Emergency Department, then to the Bronson Methodist Hospital Emergency Department & Level I Trauma Center, ending with surgery. Everyone was so kind and compassionate.
They spoke directly to my son, encouraged his participation in every step of the process, as well as keeping his dad and I informed.
