The people at Bronson Commons make this a great place!

In my 17 years of long term care/rehab nursing, I have worked at many different facilities and done every shift. Bronson Commons stands above them all in so many ways. Of course, the facility is beautiful, that goes without saying. But the people are what makes a company great. From my first day (five years ago), I have felt welcomed as part of a team that cares about doing their jobs well. I believe no one works at BCOM only "for a paycheck". Every person in every position is friendly and helpful, and truly loves what they do.

I have grown as a nurse, getting certified in gerontology and most recently preparing for my Certified Wound Specialist test. Leaders and managers root for your accomplishments and help in any way they can. They also realize that all of the employees have lives and obligations outside of the workplace. I feel treated as an individual yet included in part of the team. Happy employees are good employees. Good employees give good care. Bronson Commons employees in every department give our residents and patients great care. It's easy when you like going to work!
