I wish to thank Dr. Ellwitz and all his staff for the great care they gave me, their courtesy and the respect they show. The time I spent with them was like they were family. Surgery went fantastic leaving me from a pain level of 9 to a 2! A special thank you to Nickie for being so kind. Love you all and will keep in touch.
