They all made me feel comfortable and valued

I spent much of Wednesday and Thursday at Bronson's cardiac unit and in the ER. My service providers were numerous (Dr. Hye Rim Smith, Dr. Douglas Wunderly, Morgan Longabaugh, NP, and the ER and cardiology staff) I am appreciative of the professional care I received while performing a stress test on Wednesday and during my visit to the ER on Thursday which resulted in me receiving a heart stent. The staff treated me with respect and I felt confident in the advice they provided. Even though they were busy, they patiently answered my questions, addressed my concerns with a professional attitude, and functioned well as a team. They all made me feel comfortable and valued. I am grateful for the care I was provided.
