This team goes above and beyond the norm

I want to give a huge thank you to the nurse who provided the most excellent care on January 10 when I was in the admission unit toward the end of the day while I was waiting to find out what was going on with me. She was super kind, talkative and very personable. Amazing bedside care. I also want to thank the nurses and staff who treated me throughout the day. After me and my family have had less desirable experiences at the hospitals in and around Lansing, I wanted to find a place that I can trust. Going to Bronson solidified that not only did I pick the right hospital, I found a group of people who go above and beyond the norm to make sure you are cared for and that you have the answers you need. Thank you, Bronson, for having an amazing hospital and team.
