This team is the BEST!!!!

My wife and I have been to Mayo Clinic, so we tend to compare all medical care to them; the elite. We believe that Bronson Methodist Hospital staff, doctors, nurses, therapists, rate in that same class. I was in the manufacturing industry for 40 plus years, and in Quality for over 25, so I know what it means to be awarded the Malcom Baldridge Award. This speaks VOLUMES to this entire organization. That award is proudly displayed in the lobby of your hospital, as it should be.

This was our first experience at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, but it will definitely be our hospital of choice in the future.

The care here is beyond outstanding. The communication to patients and families, the extra mile that the nurses take to make patients comfortable (I had a nurse call me to ask what my wife liked to watch on TV so she could be more comfortable while in ICU), I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the care here. This team is the BEST!!!!
