Turning Frustration into Relief Through Compassionate Care

Katy went above and beyond when my mom was feeling overwhelmed after a long day of testing with no answers. When the doctor had already left for the evening, my mom felt truly defeated. Katy stepped in with compassion and urgency. She quickly got the night shift doctor to come talk with us and made sure my mom felt heard and cared for. Thanks to her, we finally had a plan, and my mom was able to relax and get some rest. We are so thankful for Katy's dedication and kindness.
