She's One of the Sweetest, Nicest People I've Ever Met

A few weeks ago one of my family members was visiting a family member who had recently a stroke. She'd had a very long day and accidentally locked her keys in her car with the lights on and battery died. We called a tow company and they were able to get the keys out, but weren't able to jump the car.

Bronson's Security Specialist Vanessa Smith had a jump box with her and was able to jump my the vehicle. She was super nice and friendly, and even gave the tow truck driver a ride to his truck. She's one of the sweetest, nicest people I've ever met in any kind of service. She deserves a medal of honor for her kind, good-hearted attitude.
