I walked out with a smile

Austin was my nurse in the emergency department today. I was brought back a few minutes before the nurse for my room was leaving for the day. Austin was my nurse for about 5 hours. He was kind, attentive, kept the mood light and the energy positive, provided some necessary supplies for G-J tube. He made sure I was comfortable, explained things in a way I could understand, and really made a massive difference in my experience compared to the other ER visits I've had. In a world where everything is stressful, in my own world of stress with medical issues, Austin was able to keep me feeling confident in the care I was receiving, and leave with a smile on my face. Thank you for making such a wonderful difference, Austin!
