We Appreciate Her Humor, Expertise, Guidance and Compassion

Jenny came to us the Bronson LakeView Hospital surgery team during a very challenging time, to cover our manager position until a new manager could be hired. What started out to be a short-term position ended up lasting eight months. She did this with grace, calmness and competency that eased our anxiety and maintained a sense of normalcy. She not only stepped up and guided our department but continued with some of her responsibilities of her home department of perioperative services quality and efficiency at Bronson Methodist Hospital.

Here at Bronson LakeView Hospital, she spear headed many new initiatives in our surgery department, one being the startup of the robot program. We appreciate her humor, expertise, guidance and compassion for her staff.
