Thank You Rambling Road and Dr. Dodson-Hunt

I had a great experience today at Bronson Rambling Road Pediatrics - Oshtemo. My son had been having fevers and complained of a headache so I wanted to be seen as soon as possible in case it was something with a short window for treating. I called first-thing in the morning expecting that there wouldn't be any available appointments, however they offered me two available times, same-day.

We were able to see Dr. Kelli Dodson-Hunt who was really caring and compassionate. She took the time to talk to my son and was able to come up with a plan on what to do next. I never felt rushed and she answered all my questions. We did not have a long waiting period in the waiting room or the exam room.

A few hours later she reached out to me to let me know his test results and that she would be calling in medication. Shortly after that I received notification from my pharmacy that his medication was ready to be picked up. I couldn’t be more relieved as a parent that my son was able to be evaluated, treated and received medication in a 6-8 hour time period. I realize this may not always be able to happen, but I am certainly grateful that it was our experience today! Thank you Rambling Road and Dr. Dodson!
