You have quite literally saved my life

This in recognition of your entire staff. From the emergency personnel to your cardiac care, you have quite literally saved my life on at least three different occasions. Unfortunately, due to problems with Meridian Medicaid I am going to lose this very dedicated team of TRUE health care professionals. I hope to see this problem resolved soon as I cannot see trusting anyone else with my health care.
