I’ve been working as a medical assistant at the Bronson Primary Care Partners office in Richland for over 3 years now.

A day in my life as a medical assistant includes going over the schedule to see if there were any changes from my pre-charts completed the day before. I talk through the day’s schedule with the provider and then start rooming patients once they arrive and then go through patient messages. Although I work in the same office every day, each day brings something new. I work with different patients that have different concerns and medical problems. I really enjoy my job because I’m able to help others and make them feel comfortable. I like working here because Bronson does a good job at making work and home life achievable.

I practice Bronson Positivity by coming in everyday with a positive attitude and trying to put a smile on patients faces. My motto has been treat every patient as how you would want your family members to be treated!
