About the Healing Kitchen Cooking Series
The Healing Kitchen cooking series is a nutrition and cooking program for adults managing or looking to reduce their risk of chronic or complex health conditions. Each class focuses on a different health topic, such as heart health, cancer or diabetes, and offers practical ways to prepare meals that support overall well-being. Led by clinical dietitians and health educators, classes are virtual and free to attend.
