Men 35+ and women 45+ with any of the following risk factors:

  • Family history of heart disease
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • History of smoking
  • Peripheral vascular disease
  • Over ideal body weight
  • Diabetes (anyone over age 30)
