Nursing Student Fee - $25

Hot Topics in Obstetrics is a one-day conference designed for providers and nurses who provide care in an obstetrical department.

Objectives

  • Identify key elements in nurse/provider relationships.
  • Identify key aspects of legal healthcare issues.
  • Continue education in today’s hot button issues, including postpartum hemorrhage, high risk obstetrics, decreasing opiate use and managing category II fetal heart rate tracings.
  • Reflect on key components of post traumatic stress disorders in nursing.
