Bronson Performance Training offers Strength and Conditioning classes for middle through high school athletes designed to improve athleticism and boost sports performance.
These classes are offered multiple times a week so you can pick the day(s) that work for your schedule. Our team of Certified Athletic Trainers, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, and Exercise Physiologists have developed the class which follows a group format while allowing for the individual needs of each athlete and their sport.
