During this class you will learn:
- Basics of baby care
- Bathing and skin care
- Safe Sleep
- Infant CPR
- Home safety
- Travel and car seat safety (good to know before buying a car seat)
- Challenges faced by a new family
*Class content is the same at both the Bronson Battle Creek and Kalamazoo locations, so you may take classes at either location.
*Grandparents 101/Baby Basics is meant for expectant grandparents while Baby Basics is meant for expectant parents. They are the same class where you can sit and learn together with other parents and grandparents, but the registration information is different.
Only one registration is needed for a "set" of two grandparents.
The second class will include Car Seat Safety segment taught by Monique Austell, a Certified Car Seat Technician.
This class will be held in the Bronson Battle Creek Outpatient Center, Conference rooms A and B. You are welcome to bring drinks and snacks to class.
