INFANT MASSAGE FOR PARENTS & CAREGIVERS
This online-based virtual class is a great way to improve bonding and communication between babies and their parents/caregivers, and increase confidence in parenting. It can help reduce stress and depression in both babies and parents. Infant massage has been shown to help regulate babies’ sleep cycles. It can also help with gas, colic and digestion.
This class is for parents or primary caregivers and their babies who are at least two weeks old and haven’t started crawling. Twins and triplets are welcomed. For families of multiples, please make sure you have one parent/caregiver in class per baby. Some families (such as those who are pregnant, or planning to adopt or foster) may choose to learn infant massage on a baby doll.
Please set up a basic free online account and be sure to enter a valid email address into your registration so we can email you the online link to invite you to class! Please also ensure a comfortable, warm, distraction-free environment in your home, reliable internet connection, and a device that can be setup to video stream you and your baby during the class. You'll also need to provide your own oil-- we recommend sunflower or coconut (really any edible unscented oil EXCEPT olive oil). Please do NOT use mineral oil, essential oils, baby oil or lotion.
Learn from one of Bronson's skilled instructors via a computer, tablet or phone from the comfort of your own home. This is not yet a scheduled event, rather we are gathering names and contact information of those who are interested in learning infant massage. We will coordinate times that work for our small groups at a later date.
