Kale has earned a reputation as one of the most nutritious greens you can add to your plate. In this virtual class, learn about its history, why it’s considered a nutrient-dense food, and how its vitamins, minerals and fiber support heart health and overall wellness. You’ll also learn simple, approachable ways to prepare kale at home.
