Description

This three-week series is for beginners who want to feel more confident about their food choices and build healthier habits.

  1. Learn simple steps to make small, lasting changes
  2. Understand the basics of nutrition
  3. Get practical tips for eating a balanced diet.

By the end of the program, you’ll have the tools to make healthier choices with confidence.

Location: This is an in-person program at the KVCC Culinary Building in downtown Kalamazoo: 418 E. Walnut St., Kalamazoo, Mich. 49007
