During this class you will learn much more about safe sleep, beyond what is covered in Baby Basics and Grandparents 101 classes.
Information about cribs and other safe sleep environments like pack n plays; unsafe sleep environments like as rock n plays, swings, and car seats; how to communicate with caregivers about the importance of safe sleep; and much more practical and useful information about making the safest sleep environment for your baby both at home and on the go.
*We welcome parents, grandparents, and other caregivers to attend to learn all about the importance of safe sleep!
The class will be held in the Bronson Gilmore Center for Health Education.
Most often class is held in Forum Rooms A/B, upper level; rarely the class is held in either classroom 3 or 4, lower level. A reminder email/phone call a few days before class will notify you of the exact location. Also, the video directory in the Gilmore Center will help you find the class.
* You are welcome to bring drinks or snacks to class.
