Many older adults are concerned about falling. Some people may even stop being active as a result of this fear. There is a better way.
A MATTER OF BALANCE is an award-winning program that will help you prevent falls and become more active.
Attendees will learn to:
- Prevent or minimize falls
- Set goals to become more active
- Reduce the risk of falling at home
- Exercise to increase strength and balance
The FREE online classes are two hours long and are held once a week for nine weeks. The program is offered via Zoom.
Anyone may attend. Those who are interested in improving balance and strength or have fallen in the past are especially encouraged to participate.
