Are you coping with the diagnosis of cancer or another health condition? Join us for this six-session course and learn how mindfulness can help you ease the stress and anxiety you may be feeling. Each session you will develop new tools to cope with your stress, including meditation, body awareness and journaling. You will learn alongside and support others dealing with similar experiences. You and your loved ones are invited to register. Join us virtually every Thursday from 10-11:30 a.m. Sessions will be held from May 19- June 23.
