On July 24, you can explore two advanced robotic tools used in lung care—the da Vinci surgical robot and the Ion robotic-assisted lung biopsy platform. Meet Bronson team members from pulmonary, cancer care, thoracic care, patient access and more.
Bronson is hosting the Intuitive Surgical Thoracic Oncology Mobile Experience (TOME), a 56-foot mobile lab that showcases advanced robotic technology used to diagnose and treat lung conditions.
This hands-on experience lets you explore two advanced tools used in lung care: the da Vinci® surgical robot and the Ion robotic-assisted lung biopsy platform. You’ll see how doctors use these technologies to find and treat lung problems with smaller incisions, less pain, and quicker recovery times. Providers, patients, families, and community members can learn how these tools support better care and outcomes for people with lung cancer and other serious lung conditions.
What to expect
Step inside the mobile lab to see this technology up close and learn how it is changing care.
What you’ll learn
- Less invasive ways to detect lung diseases
- More precise tools that help doctors better understand lung findings
- Earlier detection, which can lead to better outcomes and greater peace of mind
