This three-week course is designed to support strength, heart health and overall well-being for older adults ages 55+. Each class is divided into two parts:
- Part 1: Exercise – Start with one hour of gentle exercises. These movements are beginner-friendly and meant to help participants increase daily activity in a safe way.
- Part 2: Seasoned & Strong – Participate in lively conversation focused on heart health, strength-building and simple home cooking tips. Learn practical strategies for eating well and living strong. Plus enjoy, healthy snacks throughout the session!
