Lovell Parking Ramp Demolition

Bronson is demolishing the vacant Lovell Parking Ramp located at the corner of Lovell Street and Jasper Street. The structure has been closed since 2018 and is being removed to support future campus needs.

Building and Pedestrian Access

  • Lovell Building east exit closed, including:
    • The door leading to the alley between the Lovell Building and the Lovell Parking Ramp
    • The glass hallway from Human Resources to the Lovell Parking Ramp elevator

Street Closures

Jasper Street

  • Fully closed northbound and southbound between Lovell Street and the North Loading Dock
  • West sidewalk closed in this area
  • The North Loading Dock entrance on Jasper Street will remain open south of the parking ramp

Lovell Street

  • Far-left driving lane closed between Jasper Street and the John Street Parking Lot entrance
  • Sidewalk and street-side parking closed in the same area
