I knew that I wanted to be a surgeon from the first time I was involved. I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to do what I do and also feel honored by the trust people place in me to do what is right for them to the best of my abilities. I do not take that trust lightly and strive to improve my skills and knowledge in order to be worthy of it.

Accepting new patients
Dr. Allan Caudill chose this career path because he enjoys the variety that general surgery provides and the intimate knowledge of the human body needed to practice it. He credits God and his faith for making him who he is today and providing him with strength in a very difficult environment. One aspect of his job that he really enjoy is the camaraderie of the staff and the opportunity to improve people's lives. When Dr. Caudill is not at work, he enjoys doing missionary work in other countries as well as fishing, hunting, golfing and spending time with family.
The ratings displayed below are an average of all patient responses to the Clinician and Group Practice Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CG-CAHPS) survey.
The CG-CAHPS survey is used by hospitals and medical practices across the country and was developed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
Bronson Healthcare’s CG-CAHPS survey is administered by Press Ganey. Surveys are sent to randomly selected Bronson patients after they have had an appointment with a Bronson physician in an outpatient practice setting.
The comments and star ratings you see here reflect the views and opinions of patients who have completed and returned their surveys. Press Ganey independently compiles the data and forwards it to Bronson to be posted.
