Profile

Anne Slachta, PA-C, spent much of her healthcare career working in clinical laboratory sciences and pathology. After over 15 years, she felt it was time for a change and went through Western Michigan’s Physician Assistant Program so she could have the opportunity to work with patients directly. She has been most influenced by her family, who taught her the importance of taking care of the body, mind and soul. Family medicine was the perfect fit for her to fulfill her desire of forming meaningful relationships with her patients. She has special interests in diabetes, obesity, mental health, and pediatrics. When Anne is out of the office, she enjoys volunteering at her church, hanging out with her family and friends, and traveling.

This survey is used by hospitals and medical practices across the country and was developed by Press Ganey Associates. Surveys are sent to randomly selected Bronson patients after they have had an appointment with a Bronson physician in an outpatient practice setting.

The comments and star ratings you see here reflect the views and opinions of patients who have completed and returned their surveys. Press Ganey independently compiles the data and forwards it to Bronson to be posted.
