Years ago, Colton had the opportunity to shadow a physical therapist and witnessed a patient walk for the first time after an accident. That experience, along with his interest in fitness and sports, inspired him to pursue a career in physical therapy. 

Colton credits his dad for teaching him the value of hard work. He finds it rewarding when his patients can return to the activities they love to do without limitations. 

In his free time, Colton enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their dog, Doc. He is also a youth group leader at Gracespring Bible Church in Richland, Mich., and likes to travel, camp, hunt, exercise and watch college sports.
