Hailey is passionate about empowering patients through compassionate, evidence-based care. Her approach centers on collaboration, education, and creating a safe, supportive environment where each person feels heard, respected and involved in their rehabilitation journey.

Hailey chose a career in physical therapy to help people build confidence, regain control of their bodies and improve their quality of life. She draws inspiration from the support of her husband, her mother and her former clinical instructor, Amy. Their belief in her has shaped her personally and professionally, and she strives to provide that same level of support to her patients.

She has special interests in pelvic floor physical therapy and pediatrics and is driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others each day. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, hiking local trails, visiting farmers' markets, creating art and relaxing by the lake. She also values giving back through volunteer work, including past efforts to help communities recover after natural disasters.
