Madison was drawn to critical care and neuroscience and chose a career as a physician assistant to be part of a team that enhances the patient experience. She has built her skills by learning from physicians across specialties, strengthening her medical knowledge and the care she provides to patients. She believes facing challenges helps shape who we are and carries that perspective into her work each day.

Her teachers and mentors had a lasting impact, shaping her focus on compassion, safety and clear communication. Madison enjoys connecting with patients and coworkers and says those conversations often make her day even better. She values learning from every person she meets and has a special interest in neurocritical care, where she can stay active, perform procedures and care for patients with complex needs across multiple systems.

Her family is a major reason she chose a career in health care and continues to drive her work. She often thinks of them when caring for patients and is committed to treating others the way she would want her own family to be treated.

Outside of work, Madison volunteers at nonprofit clinics to help care for underserved communities. For fun, she enjoys reading, running, listening to podcasts and playing fetch with her cat, as well as spending time with her nieces and nephew.
