Marcus Wollak chose to become a physician assistant because of the incredible opportunity to serve others and work with them to improve their health. He cherishes the ability to foster meaningful and long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Marcus considers his uncle to be his biggest influence. “He is an executive coach/life coach,” Marcus explains. “The way he has helped others and myself to reach their full potential has inspired me to do the same with patients in my own field of work.”

Marcus loves working in family medicine because of the opportunity treat patients with a wide array of health conditions. However, he has special interests in sports medicine and endocrinology.

Marcus has a loved one with Down Syndrome. This has fueled his passion for volunteering at events that raise funds and awareness for individuals with Down Syndrome. Additionally, he enjoys volunteering at the local food pantry. “This is another opportunity for me to interact with people in my community and provide them with a nutritional meal.”  Outside of work and volunteering, Marcus and his wife enjoy quality time with their puppy.
