Marlon had always wanted to work in the healthcare industry, most especially in a hospital setting. As a physical therapist, he enjoys helping people return to their optimum health and active lifestyle after injury or surgery using manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise intervention, aquatic therapy and education with movement and posture.

What he enjoys most about work is that his days are packed with ever-changing scenarios. He handles different diagnosis and cases that require a wide variety of therapy techniques. He loves working in the outpatient setting and working on orthopedic cases like arthritis, fractures and joint replacements. He also enjoys working with sports injuries, geriatrics and aquatic therapy. 

Outside of work, Marlon has a great deal of interest in auto mechanics, maintenance and repair. He also likes working around the house, fixing and repairing appliances and other small to medium projects. To maintain his capabilities at work, he exercises three times a week, too. As a family, Marlon and his wife and two sons like to spend time together watching movies, singing karaoke, paddle boarding or bike riding.
