My Approach to Care

“I believe the most important part of practicing medicine is to listen intently to each patient – I am honored to have patients entrust me with their health. I aim to develop individualized plans to improve each patient’s overall health. My goal is to treat each person how I would treat a member of my own family.”

Nicole is a dedicated family nurse practitioner who is passionate about holistic patient care. She chose her career in family medicine to embrace the opportunity to care for patients across all age groups and to support families in achieving overall wellness. Guided by her belief in the vital role of family and lifestyle in health, Nicole focuses on building meaningful connections with her patients and their loved ones.

 

A significant influence in her life has been her grandmother, whose motto, "Thank you for being you," along with Nicole’s Catholic faith, shaped her worldview of appreciating individual talents and contributions. Each day, she looks forward to the intellectual challenge of diagnosing and treating her patients, driven by her passion for preventative medicine and early intervention through wellness exams and screenings.

 

Outside of her professional commitments, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two young sons, with a family goal of visiting every national park in the United States. Previously, she found joy in volunteering at the NICU, comforting and caring for sick babies.
