As a family nurse practitioner, Rachel is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. She chose family practice to serve as a trusted resource for entire families, guiding them through the healthcare system and helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Rachel’s passion for health care is deeply rooted in her upbringing. Inspired by her parents, who emphasized the importance of physical and mental well-being despite limited resources, she strives to make quality care accessible to all. Her children also play a significant role in shaping her perspective, reminding her that joy can be found in everyday moments.

Rachel looks forward to making a positive impact on her patients’ lives. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can openly discuss their health concerns. With a special interest in gut health, Rachel is passionate about the connection between nutrition and overall well-being. She enjoys helping patients optimize their health through informed dietary choices.

Beyond her practice, Rachel is an active member of her church community, volunteering her time to support various outreach initiatives. She has participated in programs such as preparing meals for shelters, baking for inmates, teaching as a catechist and as a vacation Bible school instructor.

Rachel also enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and children, whether it’s hiking, camping or cooking over a campfire. When indoors, she finds joy in cooking, knitting, and getting lost in a great book.
