I approach medicine as a team effort with my patients. It is incredibly rewarding to be able to work together to achieve better health and compassionate care.

Dr. Russell approaches her work with enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference in the lives of her patients. Each day, she eagerly looks forward to coming to work and tackling the challenges of providing comprehensive compassionate care.

She chose internal medicine because of her interest in providing comprehensive care to adult patients. She is driven by a passion for managing complex disorders and finding positive solutions through collaboration. Her journey towards a successful medical career was also influenced by her parents and their strong work ethic.

In her spare time, she helps provide care to under-serviced and impoverished populations. Apart from her work, Dr. Russell cherishes spending quality time with her friends and family. She also enjoys hiking, traveling and crafting.
