Location Information

Dr. Schreiner had many experiences that led her on a path to medical school. During high school she had a teacher who helped her develop a love for science. She also spent a lot of time in the hospital, working as a nurses aid and provided care for her uncle with diabetes. She chose to train in internal medicine - pediatrics because she liked taking care of the entire family, yet wanted a specialized education that a pediatric residency provided. Her father instilled a strong work ethic and the knowledge that she could achieve any goal she set. Dr. Schreiner has special interests in diabetic and adolescent transitional care. As a mom of four children, she has a strong sense of community and feels that by educating our youth, we improve our community health and vitality. She serves on the board for little league, coaches science olympiad and STEM academy, teaches Sunday school at church, coaches youth sports, lead girl scouts and is active within a local school district.
