Profile

Sarah Engster is passionate about caring for people and helping others. For the past 17 years, Sarah has been with the Bronson Advanced Cardiac Healthcare team treating patients for a wide variety of heart conditions. Now part of the Bronson Heart Failure Clinic, Sarah is able to focus her efforts on providing specialized care to patients with heart failure.

Hospital visits can be scary and confusing, especially when it comes to matters of the heart. That’s where Sarah comes in. She loves helping patients and families understand their medical condition in the ways that work best for them. By taking the extra time to explain the information, Sarah strives to ease patients’ feelings by making them feel like they’re in control of their health.

This survey is used by hospitals and medical practices across the country and was developed by Press Ganey Associates. Surveys are sent to randomly selected Bronson patients after they have had an appointment with a Bronson physician in an outpatient practice setting.

The comments and star ratings you see here reflect the views and opinions of patients who have completed and returned their surveys. Press Ganey independently compiles the data and forwards it to Bronson to be posted.
