Profile

Sarah Nammack wanted to become a nurse practitioner because she enjoys getting to know her patients, listening to their journeys, and optimizing their health during difficult times. She enjoys cardiology because of the multifaceted approach it takes to create a successful plan of care with each patient.

Through their constant support, Sarah credits her family for being the biggest influencer in her life by showing her the importance of always maintaining a good sense of humor, no matter the circumstances.

What excites Sarah about coming to work each day is the knowledge that every day brings a new challenge and every day she gets to learn something new.

Sarah has traveled to Guatemala several times for medical missions. During her free time, she volunteers at her church and enjoys hiking, camping, yoga, reading and running.

This survey is used by hospitals and medical practices across the country and was developed by Press Ganey Associates. Surveys are sent to randomly selected Bronson patients after they have had an appointment with a Bronson physician in an outpatient practice setting.

The comments and star ratings you see here reflect the views and opinions of patients who have completed and returned their surveys. Press Ganey independently compiles the data and forwards it to Bronson to be posted.
