Profile

Sherin says the PA profession is rewarding because as medical providers, they have the privilege of making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families. Sherin looks forward to sharing her fascination of the heart with her patients. She looks forward to forming relationships with her patients and providing the best medical care possible. Sherin loves seeing the joy expressed by patients and families as they and their loved ones get better.

Her mother and brother have been her biggest influence and inspiration - they have always stressed the importance of education and continue to be her biggest supporters.

Sherin is the co-president and founding member of IFPACS, an international organization seeking to connect PA students around the world. She currently writes articles for PAs for Global Health (PAGH) newsletter, and hopes to continue being a facilitator for TechGYRLS, a YWCA STEM program for young girls. To unwind, she likes to explore new cities, play with her puppy, and bake goodies. Sherin is excited and grateful to be serving in the community she grew up in.
