Profile

Stacy was drawn to a career in mental health therapy by her deep commitment to helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. She believes everyone deserves to feel seen, heard and supported, and finds it incredibly meaningful to walk alongside individuals as they heal, grow and reclaim their sense of self. She has a special interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s issues, work/life balance and stress.

The biggest influence in Stacy’s professional journey has been witnessing the resilience of people in the face of adversity. Through personal experiences, mentors in the field and the courage of her clients, she has come to believe that healing is possible – even in the most difficult circumstances. The guidance of compassionate supervisors and colleagues, along with the support of family and friends, has also shaped who she is as a therapist.

What excites Stacy most about her work is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. Every session is a chance to witness resilience, foster self-discovery and support growth – no matter how small the steps. She is continually inspired by the bravery her clients show as they face life’s challenges.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys crocheting, spending time with family and friends and going for walks.
