My Approach to Care

My goal is to provide my patients with the best possible education and care, in a respectful and caring manner. I want to help my patients understand their conditions, and encourage them to make healthy choices in their day-to-day lives.

Sue Smith has always had a passion for people. She was six years old when she decided she was going to become a nurse someday. After spending twelve years as a registered nurse, Sue went back to school to pursue her degree and become a nurse practitioner. She felt this would allow her to form deeper, more meaningful connections with her patients. Now she loves coming to work every day where she has the opportunity to touch someone’s life – whether that be a patient, their loved ones, or her coworkers.

Sue has a special interest in breast cancer. She also actively volunteers at the Bronson Battle Creek Cancer Care sponsored activities, like the annual Survivors’ Celebration.

In her free time, Sue loves to sew, read, and spend time with family and her new grandson.
