Profile

Teagan chose to work in the field of trauma because of the teamwork used to provide care in critical situations. She enjoys the high-level critical thinking required to provide care during traumatic injuries during her emergency medicine and surgical rotations during PA school. Teagan gets excited to come to work every day because each patient is different, and there will always be an opportunity to do and learn new things. In the future, Teagan plans on participating in medical volunteer trips all over the country and the world. She is also excited to eventually support PA and medical student education.

Teagan credits her parents as being the biggest influence in her life as they have always pushed her to be the best. They showed her there is so much to learn from each person she encounters. In her free time, Teagan enjoys rock climbing, traveling and adventuring outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
