Dr. Shahwan says his journey to success has been a collective effort, beginning with the support of his wonderful parents and family, enriched by the guidance of exceptional mentors in various academic institutions and specialties, and sustained by the incredible team of colleagues and staff he is privileged to work with now. Together, they continue to shape him into who he is today.

What he loves most about physical medicine and rehabilitation is its unique capacity to bridge all age groups and medical fields, enabling specialists to craft the best possible outcomes for patients. This allows for care that is both wide and deep.

Dr. Shahwan says, "I am deeply passionate about making a global impact through initiatives like establishing clean drinking water projects in developing countries, providing not just health, but hope."

In his free time, Dr. Shahwan's greatest joy is spending it with loved ones, cherishing every second.
