Contacting Your BMG Office
There are several ways to contact us.
- Bronson MyChart: You can reach out to our office 24/7 through your Bronson MyChart account. This includes sending a message to your doctor, scheduling an appointment, getting refills on your medicine, reading notes from your previous visits, getting lab results, paying your bills and more.
- Call the office: You can call our office during normal business hours to schedule an appointment or get your medicine refilled. You can also call after hours when you're sick or hurt to talk with a Bronson Care Advisor.
- Call a Bronson Care Advisor: If you're sick and need to talk to a clinician, call (269) 341-7788 and talk with a Bronson Care Advisor 24/7. They listen to your symptoms and help you decide what to do, including schedule an appointment with your provider, if needed.
Regardless of how you contact us, all of our staff work closely together to better connect your care. No matter who you speak to, your information is confidential and protected. When you reach out to us, please provide as much information as possible. We will reach back out to you as soon as possible. Since our providers see other people during the day, they may not get your message until the end of the day.
