What is Bronson MyChart?
Bronson MyChart is a secure tool that gives you access to parts of your medical record through your computer or mobile device. You can manage your health information, view or share your records, contact providers, pay bills, schedule visits, and access proxy records. Explore features available through MyChart.
Is there a fee to use MyChart?
No. MyChart is a free service for Bronson patients.
What do I need to use MyChart?
You can access MyChart at bronsonhealth.com or via the mobile app by searching for "Bronson MyChart" in your app store.
How is MyChart secure?
MyChart uses secure activation codes, usernames, and passwords. It also supports 2-Factor Authentication. Watch a video about setting up 2-Factor Authentication.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up in several ways: through your provider’s office, by receiving an activation code on your After Visit Summary, or using online self-signup. Sign up for a Bronson MyChart account.

When can I see my test results?
Your test results are available in MyChart as soon as they are finalized in your medical chart. Notifications are sent via email or app alert.
What if some of my health information is incorrect?
You can request updates to medications, allergies, and health issues through MyChart. Other updates can be handled at your next appointment or by contacting your provider’s office.
When will I receive a reply to a message sent through MyChart?
You’ll typically receive a reply within 1–3 business days. Do not use MyChart messaging for emergencies—call your provider or dial 911 if urgent. For after-hours help, call Bronson Care Advisors at 269-341-7788.
Can I view a family member’s health record?
Yes, with proxy access. To request it, complete the Bronson MyChart Proxy Consent Form (PDF) and return it to your provider's office. Learn more about granting proxy access.
Can my spouse and I share one account?
No. Each adult must have their own account, but you can grant each other proxy access.
What if I forget my password?
What if my activation code expired or was lost?
You can request a new code by calling Bronson HealthAnswers or use self-signup.
Where can I update my contact information?
Log in to MyChart and go to Account Settings > Personal Information to update your address, email, phone, or profile photo.
What is your privacy policy?
Bronson complies with all privacy laws. Your information will never be sold or leased. View Bronson’s privacy policy.
Why was I logged out?
For security, you will be logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity. Always log out before leaving your device unattended.
Can I link MyChart accounts from other health systems?
Yes. Go to “Link My Accounts” in the MyChart menu to connect with other organizations. Watch a video tutorial.
