MyChart Two-Factor Authenticator

To help protect and secure your personal health information, two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all Bronson MyChart users. Two-factor authentication protects your account and personal health information by asking you to verify your account activity via a security code that can be enabled 2 different ways:

  1. A confirmation code via text message or email.
  2. Using a Google or iOS Authenticator App.

New in 2024!

Patients can now use an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or the native iOS Authenticator, as their two-factor authentication method for MyChart. Verification with an authenticator app is more secure because the verification code is generated by the app and cannot be intercepted by malicious parties in transit (e.g. Text Messages).

Turn on Two-Factor Authentication
