24/7 In-The-Moment Support
Providers are available 24/7 to provide in-the-moment support. Our providers can assess an individual's needs and provide them with resources to help reduce their emotional distress. Our providers are also trained in crisis management to support employees when they need it most.
Initial Diagnostic Assessment
Assessments include psychosocial evaluations of employee strengths and support systems, cultural background, treatment histories, substance use and any relevant issues.
Resource and Referral
Our professionally trained consultants are available to assist your employees with customized guidance in areas such as childcare, eldercare, special needs, adoption, education & college, career, pet care, housing and utility programs. You will also have access to a self-search resource locator.
Our comprehensive service includes consultation and referral for a wide spectrum of work-life needs, including:
- Child care: local child care centers, summer camps, parenting tips
- Elder care: local senior housing, information for people with Alzheimer’s and dementia
- Education: tips for succeeding in school, information on public and private k-12 schooling
- Daily living: relocation assistance, finding a pet-sitter
- Medical and health: finding a doctor, local support groups
- Wellness: diet and nutrition counseling, smoking cessation
Solution-Focused Therapy
Providers expertly address the full range of personal, work-related and behavioral health concerns presented by employees and their household members within a short-term treatment model. Confidential counseling services are available virtually or in-person.

All licensed clinicians hold, at minimum, a master’s degree, have 3+ years post-master’s experience, meet credentialing standards of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), and adhere to state and federal guidelines (HIPAA).
