Expert Support Services

Navigate workplace challenges with our expert support services, including critical incident stress management, fitness-for-duty evaluations and Rapid Response Crisis Team assistance. We provide tailored solutions for effective recovery following a variety of disruptive events such as:

  • Acute Disruption: Following the death of a coworker and other traumatic incidents, we can help your team navigate their feelings, build resilience and ensure overall well-being.
  • Critical Incident: From mass shootings to natural disasters, our support extends to major crises, fostering a sense of security and preparedness.
  • Systemic Disruption: Combat systemic stress and burnout with strategic solutions that mitigate multiple disruptions over a short period.

Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)

Whether your workplace is directly or indirectly impacted, these incidents can present a multi-level impact on your employees and the entire organization. Getting necessary support from experts who are specially trained to navigate and respond to high-profile disruptions is key to ensuring your employees and organization recover effectively.

Fitness-For-Duty (FFD)

Fitness for duty evaluations are not one-size-fits-all. FFDs are a specialized medical-legal evaluation of an employee. They can be complicated, using psychological assessment protocols to understand how the employee is functioning and what barriers are present that could negatively impact their ability to perform their job duties.

Rapid Response Crisis Team

Our Rapid Response Crisis Team offers acute support to employees impacted by workplace trauma. Employees can share their reactions and learn about typical symptoms of trauma. This process maximizes group cohesion, which is one of the best sources of healing.

Threat of Violence (TOV) Assessment

Organizational leaders undergo a consultation to help determine if an individual poses a threat to others or the company. If a threat is determined, we provide a recommended course of action for resolving the potential threat.
